Founder and Principal
Andy has a very methodical approach to the business which lends itself to a role in problem solving where process and procedure, or the introduction of it, is paramount. With extensive experience in Performance Improvement methodologies, including 6 sigma to use data to initiate improvements in procedures and equipment, value stream mapping of key processes and reliability of key services and equipment. Andy is an experienced trainer having written and delivered training courses across a range of subjects. Coupled with over 25 years' experience in complex building operations across a diverse estate Andy brings a powerful mix of process improvement into this field.
